Shipping cost breakdown
All products for sale on the website are available at the Pound (£) prices indicated for each item. This applies for the shipping cost / delivery fees.

Shipping costs / delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the value of the shopping cart. The fees are as follows for the UK:

All orders up to the value of £25 is a fixed deliver rate of £3.99
All orders above the value of £25 receive free delivery

Caffeluxe will debit your credit or debit card on the day the order is placed. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
We aim to ensure our delivery process is as effective as possible to enable the customer to receive their products timeously. Caffeluxe aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock or we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Caffeluxe follows the following process for all orders shipping from our Site:

Handling time - 2 to 3 days
Deliver in transit time - 3 to 5 days

The period stated online within which you will receive your order is approximate. Your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Caffeluxe advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
